Adrian Mole : the wilderness years

Adrian Mole : the wilderness years

Adrian Mole is a gloomy lodger in the boxroom of Pandora's London flat, spurned and barely tolerated by his former sweetheart. He still works at the Department of the Environment, with responsibility for newts, a species he loathes. We follow the misunderstood genius of Middle England on a further stretch of his weary travels through the Valley of Rejection and Humiliation, in search of the sunny uplands of requited love and the publication of his novel.
