Gerald and Jessie liven up their marriage with bondage games but as Jessie lies handcuffed to the bed shame strikes her and turns to rage which kills him. As an agonizing death from dehydration awaits her, she hears voices telling her to go back to a terrifying event in her childhood, which she must now relive if she is to survive - and that's where the nightmare begins.
