Honour among thieves

It is 1993 and George Bush, Margaret Thatcher and Gorbachev are out of office. Saddam Hussein is the only survivor of the Gulf War adversaries and planning revenge so diabolical that the US will have to retaliate. With the help of a Mafia boss, the world's greatest forger and one of the President's staff, Saddam sets about the humiliation of the American people.
