Mystery mile
Crowdy Lobbett, an American Judge has long dealt with the evil deeds of the Simister gang and has brought many of them to justice. He also has in his possession a clue to the identity of Simister himself. Simister follows Lobbett across the Atlantic, determined to kill him. The trail leads to the heart of the English countryside, to Mystery Mile, and a meeting with Albert Campion.
